Every APLO property owner is responsible for ongoing and year around upkeep and maintenance of both their individual properties as well as the common area between their property and the road.
APLO Owners are responsible for keeping the areas adjacent to the road and their property clear of debris. This includes culverts that allow the free flow of rain water under the roads as well as the gullies and ditches along the road. APLO Volunteers can only do so much. Preventing both short- and long-term damage to roads and properties requires everyone to cooperate. Take a little time to survey your area and take the needed action today.
